The Role

What you'll do & what we need

Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students via calls, chats, and in-person meetings
Explain course offerings, fee structure, and career outcomes clearly
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline
Achieve monthly enrollment targets consistently
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide daily reports
Represent the Academy at events, seminars, or partner visits when needed

We're Looking For

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
Comfort with targets and a results-driven mindset
Prior experience in counseling, sales, or EdTech preferred
Empathy — you genuinely want to help students succeed
Willingness to travel to our location / as required
Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM, Google Workspace)
Bachelor's degree (Healthcare / Education background is a bonus)
