Breast feeding is one of the best thing a women can do for her child but itcan affect the back and neck of the women .Active women sit for hours to feed the baby in same position whichresults in stiff neck and stiff back .Low back is the result from hunching to find perfect nursing position .- Prolong sitting in same posture and holding baby weight in armalter shoulder and neck muscles which leads to neck stiffness .- Temporary changes in pelvic and spinal posture during pregnancyalso main causes of week back .- Increased hormonal level (progesterone) lead to loosening of jointso when women sit to feed the baby spinal curvature increasesmore than pre-pregnancy.- Weak core muscle and pelvic floor also main cause of low back pain-Weak abdominal muscle during pregnancy and hampered duringlabour also lead to stiff back .
