What is IASTM ?

• Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a soft tissue manual therapy technique to treat soft tissue dysfunctions. When a scar tissue is formed after damage to any soft tissue damage, it restricts the muscle activity. IASTM helps in realigning the muscle fibers by inducing microtrauma to the muscle. The clinical effects of IASTM are :
• Recovery of limited and painful movements
• Healing old soft tissue dysfunctions
• Muscle activation
• Regaining muscle strength
